What are your hours of operation? — We are staffed weekdays 8am - 10pm and weekends 8am -8pm. Outside of those hours, our facilities are key fob access for MEMBERS ONLY. No guests, day passes or week passes are permitted inside outside of those hours. Failure to comply will result in a penalty fine applied to the member. If not a member, you will be deemed breaking and entering by local authorities.
How do I cancel my membership? — All memberships must be cancelled IN PERSON with a minimum of 3 days before your payment date at whichever facility you belong to. You MUST hand back your key fob to be removed from our system. Failure to do so will result in your account still being locked in to automatic payment. There are NO REFUNDS for memberships.
Do you offer passes? — Yes. Day passes and week passes are only available in person at our facilities during STAFFED HOURS. Please call ahead to confirm we are staffed those days you wish to come train with us.
Do you offer free trials? — No we DO NOT offer free trials or free anything besides water and towel service.
